Query by amani: How can I retrive my iphone apps in Itunes?
I have just lately updated my laptop into windows seven.This Update deleted every little thing on my laptop even the Itunes so when i connect my iphone to the laptop I could not locate any apps or music and if i sync it almost everything on my iphone will be deleted.So if there is a way to sync what i have on my iphone to the laptop with no deleting any factor please inform me.

Open iTunes, connect your iPhone,
correct click on your iPhone (at the column, at the left of iTunes)
and pick Transfer Purchases!

Now just wait and…. ready!
